Terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance all of them, Returns & Replacement and delivery etc.
1: Your order is classed as accepted only when it has been dispatched unless we have previously informed you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Your order may not be accepted if: the item is unavailable, your payment is not authorized, we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or if a product is priced or described wrongly.

2: All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.

3: We have made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours & images of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits of digital photography and as the actual colours & images you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. However, we do offer a guarantee should you not be happy. See our Returns Policy section.

4: Prices are displayed and payments are made in US$. Any Exchange rates shown are intended for guidance only and conversions are made by our credit card processing bank’s prevailing rate at the time the payment is taken from your card.

5: Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

6: We have made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the weight of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits, we can not guarantee to 100% accurate weight of products.

7: Acceptance of delivery will require a signature by an adult over the age of 18.

8: Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time scales. From time to time delays may occur. We are not liable for any failed or late deliveries.
9: Deliveries outside Pakistan may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may be imposed.

10: Our credit card processing bank carries out rigorous security checks on all credit and debit card transaction. Should they inform us that an order is suspicious or that the details provided do not match the details held by the card-issuing bank, we reserve the right to refuse it.

11: From time to time we may e-mail or send you promotional offers. Promotion Codes tell us which promotion or special offer you are entitled to claim with your order. The order code is for you personally and remains the property of the company at all times. Unless otherwise stated order codes can be used once only. If you place more than one order using the same order code, only your first order will be accepted.

12: New Custom Jerseys makes every effort to ensure that this site is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any sites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. Multi Trading House is not liable for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

13: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur through your account. Multi Trading House will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of a failure by you to protect your password or account.

14: We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and credit card security. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to your information, unless we are negligent.

15: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

16: The contract between us shall be governed by the Law of Pakistan.

17: If any one or more of these terms shall be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

18:Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind we here at New Custom Jerseys have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. The purchaser has the right to return defective goods for a refund.

No return or refund for Custom made products. Once an item is used it is not returnable. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date. Original Shipping cost and Return Shipping cost is your responsibility. Actual items may be different than the ones shown in the photographs displayed on the website If the product is defective please return without use including original packaging and invoice within fifteen days. We can change the product or refund cash but we will not refund any shipping expenses incurred.
